Overview
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Assistant with strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally, be very confident using Microsoft Office, and possess advanced English language skills. This position requires professionalism, accuracy, and the ability to support daily office operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day to day office administrative tasks.
- Assist with basic accounting entries in Tally (training can be provided if needed).
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, letters, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and data entry.
- Manage email communication, phone calls, and front-office support.
- Assist with coordinating schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Support management with office organization and workflow activities.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members professionally.
- Ensure smooth operation of all office-related tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Basic working knowledge of Tally software.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Advanced English language skills both written and spoken.
