We are looking for a skilled and reliable CNC Operator to join our pole manufacturing factory. The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines used in the fabrication of lighting poles and related metal structures. The role involves ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality in all machining processes to meet production targets and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines to cut, drill, or shape metal parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and tools into the machines.
  • Perform machine setups and adjustments to ensure proper operation and product accuracy.
  • Monitor the machining process and make necessary corrections for efficiency and precision.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization around the machine and workspace.
  • Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
  • Work closely with the production and quality control teams to achieve daily production goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
  • Basic knowledge of CNC programming and machine setup.
  • Understanding of safety practices and maintenance of CNC equipment.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
  • Willing to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
  • Team player with good communication and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: AED 1,600 – 1,800
