Florawy Flowers & Gifts LLC is a fast-growing premium floral and gifting brand based in the UAE. We are expanding rapidly across corporate, hospitality, and real estate sectors — and we are looking for a 
confident, well-presented, and highly organized Corporate & Brand Assistant
 to support our Founder directly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, client interactions, and representing a luxury brand in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Accompany the Founder to meetings with corporates, hotels, and real estate clients


• Represent Florawy during presentations, proposals, and partnership discussions


• Assist with marketing activities, photo/video shoots, and brand content creation


• Prepare catalogues, proposals, client packages, and brand materials


• Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and basic coordination tasks


• Maintain a professional, elegant, and positive presence in all external interactions

What We're Looking For:


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Confidence when interacting with decision-makers and corporate teams


• Interest in marketing, branding, hospitality, and luxury products


• Flexibility to travel to meetings across Dubai & UAE


• Smart, supportive, detail-oriented, and growth-driven individual


• Previous experience in hotels, airlines, luxury retail, or customer-facing roles is a plus

Compensation & Growth:

Florawy is in an aggressive growth phase.


• 
First month:
 modest fixed amount + commission on closed deals


• 
After performance is proven:
 immediate salary increase
