Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Merchandiser based in Dubai. The Sales Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing product displays, ensuring the accurate execution of merchandising plans, and maintaining product stock levels. Duties will include building strong relationships with customers, implementing promotional activities, monitoring product performance, and providing feedback to the sales team. Additionally, the role will involve accurately processing orders, handling documentation, and collaborating with the sales team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in merchandising, stock replenishment, and product display
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and building relationships
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to implement merchandising plans
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the foodstuff or retail industry, is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus
