Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist with direct experience in mobile phones and accessories. This is not a general sales position – we require someone from the mobile retail industry who can sell, advise, and handle service requests with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used smartphones (Apple, Samsung, etc.)
- Advise customers on accessories such as:
- Phone cases, screen protectors, power banks
- Tripods, charging cables, phone straps, and more
- Handle repair intakes and customer service inquiries
- Ensure smooth customer experience from consultation to checkout
- Keep the sales floor organized and well-stocked
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in store operations and stock management
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in mobile phone/accessories retail
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, accessories
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Customer-first attitude and a professional demeanor
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and driven
