We are seeking a Licensed Assistant Nurse to join our Homecare Facility in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in newborn and pediatric care and a passion for supporting mothers and babies in a homecare setting.

Experience in any of the following areas is preferred:

  • Maternity Ward / Delivery Room
  • NICU
  • Pediatrics Ward
  • Newborn Care (Well Babies)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional healthcare and comfort to newborn babies and children in their residence
  • Assess children's health conditions and provide one-on-one baby care
  • Administer medications, monitor and record vital signs, and ensure vaccinations are given on time
  • Document medical findings, symptoms, and observations, and assist in pain management
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of infants at all times
  • Support meal programs based on the baby's health and nutritional needs
  • Assist babies with daily care, including hygiene and grooming
  • Provide breastfeeding support and guidance on proper feeding positions and formula measurements
  • Educate and guide parents, especially new mothers, on newborn care and best practices

Requirements

  • Valid Assistant Nurse License (DHA or eligibility preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in maternity, NICU, pediatrics, or newborn care
  • Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in a homecare environment
