1. Job Responsibilities


• 
Lead the overall planning, execution and closure of facade projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timeline, budget and quality standards;


• 
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, construction, suppliers and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress;


• 
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor facade installation quality, safety compliance and adherence to construction drawings and specifications;


• 
Manage project risks by identifying potential issues in advance, developing mitigation plans and adjusting project strategies promptly when deviations occur;


• 
Prepare and review project documents such as progress reports, material purchase orders, change orders and final acceptance documents;


• 
Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and environmental requirements throughout the facade project lifecycle;


• 
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, address concerns and ensure client satisfaction with the facade project outcomes.

2. Skill Requirements


• 
Minimum 5 years of 
facade project management
 experience in the UAE / Middle East;


• 
Familiar with relevant curtain wall and construction codes/standards in the UAE / Middle East;


•
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
 to communicate with multi-national workers; proficiency in Arabic is preferred;


• 
Member of 
Society of Engineers-UAE
;


• 
Possession of engineer certificates related to the facade industry in the UAE;


• 
Prior experience in large-scale facade enterprises is preferred.
