Job Description:

3S Real Estate is seeking a Learning & Development / Training Specialist to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This role is critical in developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of both new and experienced real estate agents.

This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience as a real estate broker who is looking to transition into a full-time training and development role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver onboarding training programs and bootcamps for new agents
  • Provide ongoing workshops and development sessions for experienced agents
  • Create structured training materials, guides, and onboarding resources
  • Identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
  • Conduct performance assessments and track trainee progress
  • Support agents through role-plays, product knowledge sessions, sales skills, and CRM training
  • Ensure all training aligns with company objectives and Dubai real estate market standards
  • Work closely with management to continuously enhance the L&D framework

Requirements:

  • Previous training experience and from a real estate background is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, market trends, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
  • Ability to design engaging training content and development programs
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple training cycles
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
