Role Description

We're looking for a
highly organized, creative, and resourceful Social Media Manager
who can take ownership of the entire content creation process from brainstorming viral ideas to ensuring the final videos go live on time.

You'll be the
bridge between the clients, creative team, and the founder
, ensuring everything runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and ideas keep flowing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Viral Ideation:
    Research and brainstorm content ideas that have the potential to go viral organically on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Shoot Coordination:
    Schedule and plan content shoots with clients; ensure locations, props, and logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Operations Management:
    Oversee day-to-day project operations, track deadlines, manage deliverables, and ensure the workflow stays on schedule.
  • Client Communication:
    Coordinate directly with clients to get approvals, feedback, and updates, maintaining a professional and friendly relationship.
  • Team Coordination:
    Act as the main point of contact between the creative, editing, and strategy teams.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    Plan and maintain posting schedules across platforms.
  • Quality Control:
    Review scripts, video drafts, and final edits to ensure consistency with the brand and viral intent.
  • Founder Support:
    Assist the founder with project tracking, creative brainstorming, scheduling, and ensuring all business operations stay on track.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in
    social media management
    or
    content production
    (agency experience preferred).
  • A
    strong sense of what performs well on social media
    — you live and breathe Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Excellent
    organizational and multitasking skills
    .
  • Great communicator fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Basic understanding of video production and editing workflow.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to handle tight deadlines.

Salary:
AED 4,000–5,000/month (based on experience)
