Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee all quality assurance testing activities across projects, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

* Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and frameworks that align with MAF Tech s software delivery goals.

* Manage, mentor, and develop a team of QA professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

* Define test requirements and ensure testing aligns with business and technical objectives.

* Establish best practices in manual and automated testing to ensure scalability and accuracy.

* Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.

* Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements in QA processes.

* Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and KPIs to track progress and quality outcomes.

* Stay abreast of emerging technologies, QA tools, and testing methodologies to strengthen team capability.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).

* 8 12 years of progressive experience in QA/testing roles with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.

* Strong proficiency in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and performance testing tools.

* Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps environments.

* Proven track record in test management for complex, integrated enterprise systems.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
