Al Barq Auto Repairing & Turning is seeking a skilled Automotive Spray Painter to join our workshop in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing vehicles for painting, mixing paint, matching colors, and applying high-quality finishes on Japanese and European vehicles. Attention to detail and precision are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, masking, priming)
  • Mix and match paint to achieve accurate color tone
  • Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment
  • Repair scratches, dents, and paint imperfections
  • Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality finishes
  • Perform polishing and final touch-ups
  • Maintain clean and safe painting area
  • Follow workshop safety procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
  • Knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniques
  • Experience with Japanese and European vehicles preferred
  • Ability to identify and correct paint defects
  • Understanding of painting tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand control
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
