Job Title: Junior Accountant (Female)

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 4,000AED

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update petty cash records, ensuring accuracy in all entries.
- Track and submit the number of deliveries completed each day.
- Collect, organize, and share receipts for all expenses and purchases.
- Maintain a complete record of transactions for two companies, ensuring proper segregation and tracking.
- Create and manage folders for different LPOs, keeping documents properly arranged.
- Record and maintain all financial data required for preparing the Profit & Loss statements.
- Handle invoice processing and keep a photo record of invoices and receipts for documentation.
- Assist the senior accountant with daily tasks, reconciliations, and routine accounting work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Experience in handling invoices, receipts, and LPO documentation.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to organize files and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
