Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Financial Analyst
with a strong background in healthcare finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial insights, support decision-making, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires advanced analytical skills, proficiency in business intelligence tools, and a deep understanding of hospital or medical group operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for hospital operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and cost optimization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and internal financial policies.
- Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on projects and investments.
Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years in financial analysis within the healthcare industry (hospital or medical group preferred). - Location:
Prior UAE experience is mandatory. - Education & Certifications:
Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or equivalent qualification. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
