Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Call Center Agent role at S.P. Madrid. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, documenting interactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with team members to achieve collection targets and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support Skills
  • Computer Literacy skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in debt collection or related fields is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are advantageous
