Job Title: Multiple Roles – UAE Nationals Only

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Reporting to: Department Heads (based on role)

Job Type: Full-time | (3 days remote, 2 days on-site)

About Noon

Noon is the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, Noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The Noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion.

Noon is a work in progress; we're six years in, but only 5% done.

Noon's mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.

What You'll Do:

We're seeking enthusiastic and driven UAE Nationals to join various teams across Noon's business functions in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Roles are available in key departments such as:

  • Administrative Assistant (Typist)
  • HR Coordinator
  • PR Assistant

As a team member, you will:

  • Support daily operations and assist department teams with key tasks and projects
  • Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and execution of department activities
  • Help maintain records, reports, and documentation as required by your functional area
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional collaboration
  • Follow company procedures, policies, and standards in line with business goals
  • Learn and develop technical and professional skills through on-the-job training

What You'll Need

  • Must be a UAE National (Emirati passport holder with a valid family book)
  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or currently completing undergraduate studies
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a team environment
  • Good organizational skills and a proactive mindset
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Suite)
