About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of ProvenMed's product portfolio across wearable continence care and home diagnostics.

This is not a back-office product role — it's a hands-on, high-impact position at the intersection of engineering, science, and commercialization. You'll work closely with R&D, medical affairs, marketing, and regional partners to bring clinically validated, patient-centered innovations from concept to market adoption.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned with ProvenMed's mission and business objectives.

• Translate user insights, market research, and clinical data into product features and development priorities.

• Lead product lifecycle management — from ideation, design, validation, and launch to post-market performance monitoring.

1. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Scientist, regulatory, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit.

• Manage trade-offs between scientific rigor, business value, and user experience.

• Facilitate alignment across clinical, commercial, and operations teams to deliver on quality, compliance, and scalability.

1. Market Intelligence & Commercial Readiness

• Analyze competitors, pricing, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and differentiation.

• Support go-to-market planning — including launch messaging, packaging, training, and channel enablement.

• Monitor adoption and performance metrics to guide continuous improvement.

1. Stakeholder Engagement & Growth

• Engage directly with healthcare professionals, distributors, and patients to understand real-world use cases and unmet needs.

• Represent the product vision in meetings with regulators, partners, and investors.

• Contribute to new product ideation and portfolio expansion within the medtech and digital health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Product Design, or Life Sciences; MBA or equivalent business degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within medical devices, health tech, or diagnostics.

• Strong understanding of ISO 13485, MDR/FDA, and clinical validation processes.

• Proven ability to translate clinical and technical data into commercial value.

• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
