Role Overview
We're hiring a data-driven
Lead Generation Specialist
to own performance across
Google Ads
,
TikTok Ads
and
Meta Ads
, tightly integrated with
Go High Level (GHL)
for CRM, automation and attribution. You'll build, optimize and scale campaigns, convert insights into action, and deliver qualified pipeline with clear ROI.
What you'll do
- Own the full funnel
across Google/TikTok/Meta: strategy, build, launch, optimization and scaling. - Google Ads
: Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display & Remarketing; account structure (brand/non-brand), keyword & negatives, RSA best practices, audience layering. - Measurement & attribution

forms/pipelines, enhanced conversions,

taxonomy. - GHL automations
: build
workflows
, triggers,
nurture sequences

: tCPA/tROAS, learning-phase management, pacing and reallocation to hit
CPL/CAC
and maximize
ROAS/LTV
. - Creative & testing
: run learning agendas and A/B tests (ads, formats, landings, audiences); iterate fast with Content/Design. - Reporting
: weekly/monthly dashboards (CTR, CPC, CPA/CPL, CVR, ROAS, LTV proxy) and next-step actions. - Track
sales handoff
quality and shorten time-to-first-contact via GHL call/text workflows and pipelines.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years
running
Google + Meta + TikTok
with
documented results
(attach 2–3 brief case snapshots). - Hands-on experience with
Go High Level (GHL)
: pipelines, automations, lead scoring, calendars, two-way SMS/WhatsApp, call tracking, reporting. - Strong
GA4/GTM
tracking and CRM integrations (offline conversions). - Advanced Sheets/Excel (pivots, lookups, cohort analysis) and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead gen and/or e-commerce growth experience; funnel thinking and margin discipline.
- Based in Dubai
(work authorization required). - Fluent English;
Spanish
is a plus.

- Basic email/marketing automation beyond GHL (HubSpot/Salesforce exposure a plus).
