Job Description:

FreddyClassics Barbershop is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for social media, a knack for creating engaging content, and a keen interest in the grooming and beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring consistent and on-brand messaging.
  • Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure a steady stream of content.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community around our brand.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to improve our strategies.
  • Campaigns and Promotions: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement and foot traffic to the barbershop.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design).
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Passion for the grooming and beauty industry is a plus.
  • Availability to work part-time with a flexible schedule.

Compensation:Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Note: This position does not include residence. Candidates must have their own accommodation in Dubai.
