- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of complex surgical techniques relevant to abdominal surgeries.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
- Commitment to ongoing education and adapting to new surgical advancements.
- Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
