Role Description

This is a full-time commission-based sales role located on-site in Dubai. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and converting opportunities into sales. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting client outreach, presenting KahraGen's energy solutions, negotiating and closing deals, and supporting clients with exceptional customer service. The role also requires providing product training to clients where necessary and managing records using Microsoft Excel to track sales performance and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent support
  • Proficiency in Sales and Training to manage pipelines, close deals, and provide product education to clients
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for organizing sales data and tracking customer relationships
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in energy or engineering sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Multilingual skills or fluency in Arabic and English will be an advantage
