The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the events and exhibitions industry. She will identify potential clients, promote company services, and ensure strong client satisfaction from proposal to event delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, and private sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calls, meetings, networking, and online platforms.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, operations) for customized event solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract new clients.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and events team to align business strategies.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, client databases, and pipeline reports.
  • Submit regular performance and progress reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development within the events, exhibitions, or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and confident personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license (preferred).

  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
