Job Description: Sales Engineer (Electrical)

Position: Sales Engineer (Electrical)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer (Electrical OR E&I ) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical & automation products and solutions to clients, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and strong sales acumen to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for electrical products and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers, demonstrating how products meet their requirements.
  • Services related solution to end user

Technical Support & Consultation:

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable electrical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on client needs.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • services and maintenance sales activities with end user
  • Assist in developing sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.

Coordination & Project Management:

  • Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product availability and technical clarifications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Instrument Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: [ 4-6 years] in technical sales, business development, or a similar role in the electrical industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Cable (Power, Instruments, telecom and FOB) electrical components, power distribution, Heaters, automation, VFDs and related technologies.
  • Customer-Focused: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Tools: CRM software, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and industry-specific applications.

Salary AED Per month.

Leave Cycle (Annual or rotation) : Annual.

Working Hours : 8:00 to 5.00 pm

Number of Working Days in a week : 5 days in a week
