Job Summary:

We are looking for highly skilled QA- Automation Tester to design, implement and lead automation strategies on mobile platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in building scalable automation frameworks, mentoring QA members and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality software through automation best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build scalable, maintainable and reusable automation framework for mobile and web application.
  • Lead the creation of end-to-end automation test suites for regression, smoke and sanity testing.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to align test coverage with business goals.
  • Provide documentation, training and support to team members on using and extending automation framework.
  • Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for Automation Framework.
  • Analyze automation results, perform root cause analysis and ensure issue traceability.
  • Manage test environment and ensure smooth execution across multiple devices and browsers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer science, IT or related field.

  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in web and mobile automation
  • Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Appium, Selenium and TestNG for mobile and web automation.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub/Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
  • Experience with API testing using Postman or Rest Assured is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good To Have:

  • Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience in setting up test reporting dashboards (Allure, extent reports etc).
