CNC Laser and Router Machine Operator

About Us

We are a creative production and fabrication company specializing in signage, display stands, and custom fabrication. We're looking for an experienced CNC Laser and Router Machine Operator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC laser and router cutting machines for various materials (acrylic, wood, aluminum, MDF, etc.)
  • Prepare and set up materials and tools for production
  • Read and interpret design files, technical drawings, and measurements
  • Ensure high precision and quality in all cuts and finishes
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and software issues
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to meet project requirements
  • Follow safety and quality control standards at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC laser and router machines
  • Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, or similar
  • Familiarity with machine control software (e.g., RDWorks, ArtCAM, VCarve, Aspire, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and under deadlines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
