Group Finance Manager

- Lead day-to-day financial operations and accounting for Minexx DRC in compliance with local and international standards
- Prepare monthly management accounts, cash-flow forecasts, and operational KPIs for senior management and the Board Drive the budgeting and forecasting process in close collaboration with site and buying-centre managers
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure audit readiness (internal and external)
- Analyse cost structures across the supply chain to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation
- Support financial modelling and investment evaluation, including buying-centre financing and local processing projects
- Work closely with Group Finance on consolidation, intercompany transactions, and transfer pricing
- Manage relationships with tax authorities, legal advisors, and regulators to ensure full compliance
- Supervise and develop finance and administrative teams across regional operations
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
- Minimum 7 years' experience in finance or accounting, ideally within mining, trading, supply chain, or industrial operations
- Proven experience working in the DRC or similar African market contexts
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, OHADA accounting standards, and DRC tax regulations Confident working across multiple sites and projects with limited supervision
- Advanced Excel skills: experience with ERP systems and digital finance platforms is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in French and preferably English High levels of integrity, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
