With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai's new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

As an Urban Designer reporting into the Senior Design Manager - Master Planning working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the conceptualization and development of our large-scale masterplans such as Azizi Venice — a 136-hectare Venetian-inspired waterfront city in Dubai South featuring swimmable lagoons, retail boulevards, cultural venues, and over 200 luxury villas and 100 residential buildings — as well as upcoming communities like Azizi Milan and Monaco Mansions. You will play a key role in shaping mixed-use, high-quality, and people-centric environments that integrate residential, hospitality, retail, and public realm components, while ensuring connectivity, sustainability, and design excellence across all phases of planning and implementation.

Responsibilities include

  • Assist in prepare master plans and urban design schemes from concept through to detailed design phases
  • Conduct site analyses: topography, infrastructure, existing built fabric, context, climate, views, accessibility, etc.
  • Assist in developing land use strategies, zoning, public realm layouts, streetscapes, open space networks
  • Produce visualizations: sketches, 3D models, renderings, diagrams, presentation boards
  • Coordinate with architecture, landscape, infrastructure, transport, environment and other consultants
  • Understand and apply UAE/Dubai planning regulations, codes, sustainability standards
  • Participate in client presentations, workshops, design charrettes
  • Manage parts of project delivery: scheduling, quality control, documentation
  • Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, code compliance documentation
  • Stay current with design trends, sustainable design practices, materials, and technology

Here's what you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture or related field; Master's degree is a plus
  • Should have at least 3 years of experience as an Urban Designer
  • Proficient in relevant design and visualization software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS; knowledge of Revit or BIM an advantage
  • Good knowledge of local (Dubai/UAE) planning policies, regulations, and approvals process
  • Ability to work independently and also within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team
