Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and Arabic-speaking Medical Representative / Sales Executive to promote, market, and sell cosmetic, aesthetic, and medical products to clinics, hospitals, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in medical or aesthetic sales, strong communication skills, and an existing client network within the UAE healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell cosmetic, dermatology, and other medical products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and practitioners.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, deliveries, and payments in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales reports, client database, and CRM entries.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2–5 years' experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Executive in aesthetic, dermatology, or medical product sales.
  • Strong knowledge of cosmetic injectables, skincare lines, consumables, and medical equipment.
  • Proven experience dealing with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is required.
