About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant specializing in Secondary sales and Rentals for Business Bay's commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will have in-depth market knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Secondary Market Sales and Leasing of commercial and residential properties within Business Bay.
  • Source new listings and maintain an active database of available properties.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and manage deal closures.
  • Advise clients on current market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure all documentation and RERA requirements are properly completed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively across platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in Dubai (Business Bay experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the secondary market and RERA regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • RERA certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
