Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying, engaging with, and onboarding potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales operations, and fostering relationships with channel sales partners. The role involves achieving targets, promoting banking products, and delivering tailored financial solutions to clients in alignment with their needs.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify opportunities and drive acquisition
  • Experience in Channel Sales to develop and maintain productive partnerships
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
  • Understanding of financial products such as credit cards, loans, and wealth management solutions is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
  • Experience in the financial services industry in a sales capacity is a plus
