About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to join our team and lead electrical projects within the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, project execution, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all electrical project activities from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to specifications, budgets, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Manage project documentation, progress reports, and technical submissions.
  • Oversee site progress and quality control for all electrical installations.
  • Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management within construction/infrastructure projects.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Strong technical background in electrical systems, drawings, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
