About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong analytical and visualization skills to support business decision-making through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical capabilities by translating data into meaningful business recommendations using Power BI and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and define analytical requirements.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.
  • Conduct business and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Document and translate business requirements into technical specifications for data and system teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design process improvements based on data insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting for management reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Power BI Certification (Mandatory) with proven dashboard development experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SQL, and data modelling concepts.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other data analytics tools.
  • Experience in the technology distribution or consumer electronics industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6, AED8,000.00 per month
