Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM Manager to join our team In this role you will get to work on major Aviation infrastructure projects.

The Program Digital & BIM Manager leads digital information management, BIM coordination, and data integration across all program disciplines. This role ensures that design, construction, and operational data are accurate, accessible, and compliant with program standards, enabling informed decision-making, collaboration, and seamless handover for operational readiness.

The role requires an experienced professional with deep expertise in BIM, digital project delivery, and integrated information management, ideally in large-scale infrastructure or airport programs.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support implementing BIM/GIS requirements for the projects and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria by third-party design consultants and works contractors, including compliance with the Employer's Information Requirements, in the Common Data Environment.

• Supports in design review activities with a focus on coordination, clash detection, and reliable, consistent, and timely date exchange.

• Responsible for the development and distribution of a one to two-page description of the project to all members of the project team for reference.

• Works with other managers and discipline leads to support development of project design and BIM/GIS requirements and ensures the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.

• Collaborates with Design Management/Construction Management team in progress meetings to review project BIM status and formulate action items, and responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.

• Ability to define data parameters for specific geospatial projects/assignments, using advanced analytical techniques necessary to solve complex geospatial and GIS issues, and digitizing geographic information by translating raw land-based data into code

• Researching, studying, and preparing maps and other spatial data in digital or graphic form.

• Provide input to preparation of Monthly Report and Design Stage Reviews (and others as required).

• Promotes design excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.

• Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all activities within the project, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project brief, cost or schedule.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Engineering Degree, and 10+ years of related experience (including supervisory experience).

• Requirements include strong BIM, PC and CAD skills, as well as knowledge of the capabilities and efficiencies of utilizing specific computer software to complete design assignments.

• Also requires excellent written and oral communications skills, and the proven ability for performing in a supervisory capacity on a project.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Demonstrated effective managerial capability on construction projects of comparable scope and complexity is also required

• Effective oral and written skills for client presentations, technical reporting, and internal / external correspondence; Ability to effectively present information to key stakeholders as required by the client

• Understanding of budget development and cost accounting

• Ability to function in a multi-organizational environment by developing relationships that complies with the client's proactive, collaborative culture
