What You'll Be Doing
As a Marketing Associate with L'Occitane, you will support the Marketing Manager in executing all operational marketing, trade, and visual merchandising activities across retail, wholesale, e-commerce, spa, and distributor channels.

Your Responsibilities Will Include The Following
Marketing & 360 Coordination:

• Assist in the execution of the marketing calendar across brands, ensuring smooth implementation of all product launches, novelties, and hero campaigns.
• Coordinate the preparation of launch decks, product briefs, and internal communication materials for all channels.
• Support the sampling and GWP strategy, including product ordering, dispatch tracking, and follow-up with supply chain.
• Liaise with Digital, PR, CRM, and Retail teams to ensure consistent 360 activation across platforms.
• Manage internal and retailer calendars, ensuring alignment on promotional and marketing activities.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external meetings, including Sephora and distributor reviews.

Trade Marketing & VM Execution

• Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing trade marketing campaigns across Sephora, retail, e-commerce, and spa channels.
• Coordinate the design, production, and delivery of POSM materials (posters, visuals, podiums, pop-ups, window elements).
• Ensure correct in-store implementation of marketing animations and VM setups, gathering photos and feedback from field teams.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and agencies for printing, fabrication, and logistics follow-up.
• Maintain a VM and POSM tracker and monitor stock levels for visuals and materials.

Budgeting, Forecasting, And Reporting

• Track and record marketing investments, invoice status, and monthly accruals.
• Assist in preparing ROI reports and campaign post-analyses (sell-in/sell-out, traffic, conversion).
• Support the Marketing Manager in novelties forecasting and tracking deliveries with the supply chain team.
• Consolidate monthly reporting (marketing performance, budget utilization, activations summary).

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support the Brand & PR Senior Associates on product seeding and PR logistics when needed.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• You have 1 to 2 years of marketing experience in the GCC (internship could be considered).
• You are a team player with a passion for makeup and skincare.
