Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Commercial Specialist. The Commercial Specialist will handle end-to-end management of client accounts, build lasting relationships with partners and influencers, and ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include managing commercial transactions, facilitating collaboration between brands and talent, supporting sales efforts, and optimizing purchasing strategies to meet client goals. The role also involves maintaining excellent customer service and communication with all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Sales and Account Management experience to drive business growth and nurture client relationships
- Proficiency in Purchasing and negotiation to ensure cost-effective solutions and successful contracts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Familiarity with the influencer marketing and entertainment industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
