Role Description

We're looking for a yoga and reformer pilates instructor who's more than just a teacher, someone who's a connector, a community builder, and a creative spirit. At The Lob, every class is an experience, and we're seeking someone who can bring warmth, intention, and innovation to our growing wellness community.

What You'll Do

  • Lead inspiring yoga and reformer sessions that meet students where they are. Please note you must be comfortable with heated classes (up to 35 degrees celsius).
  • Welcome clients and create a nurturing, inclusive atmosphere - before, during, and after class.
  • Help host and ideate events, themed sessions, and community experiences that reflect The Lob's wellness culture.
  • Support small-scale social media engagement - sharing moments, replying to DMs, and helping the community stay connected.
  • Assist with client check-ins, WhatsApp communication
  • Ensure the studio is ready: equipment clean, layout aligned, temperature perfect, and ambience on point.
  • Collaborate closely with management to bring ideas to life and continuously elevate the wellness offering.

You Are

  • A certified yoga and reformer pilates instructor.
  • Naturally welcoming, creative, and proactive and you love to go above and beyond to make guests feel seen and supported.
  • Passionate about community and wellness, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Comfortable communicating on WhatsApp and social media, with a friendly, authentic tone.
  • Based in Dubai and available for flexible hours, including weekends.
