The Land Surveyor at Xoline Electromechanical Services will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for various projects. The Land Surveyor will work closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure that all surveying requirements are met and that projects are executed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment and techniques.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, including measurements, calculations, and sketches.

  • Analyze survey data and provide recommendations based on findings.

  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying for project planning and execution.

  • Identify potential issues or discrepancies in survey data and propose solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in land surveying.

  • Stay updated with the latest surveying techniques, equipment, and software.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the electromechanical or construction industry.

  • Proficient in using surveying equipment, such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.

  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and software.

  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
