Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist [ Female ] to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, greet visitors, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using the company's booking system
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers courteously
  • Maintain appointment calendars and update changes as needed
  • Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Receive and distribute mail, messages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and appointments efficiently
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, calendars, office software)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with appointment scheduling software
  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications are a plus)
