Majestic Medical & Tech Supplies L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager with a Biomedical Engineering background to manage and expand our medical consumables sales portfolio across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling medical consumables in the following specialties: Interventional Radiology, Cardiology (Cath Lab), Nephrology, Gastroenterology, and Dialysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed territory targets.
  • Manage and drive sales activities specifically within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and sell consumable medical products related to:

    Interventional Radiology

    Cardiology / Cath Lab

    Nephrology

    Gastroenterology

    Dialysis
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product presentations, clinical training sessions, and demonstrations for healthcare providers.
  • Provide continuous market insights and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, service, etc.) to ensure seamless order processing and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related medical/technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE medical consumables market, preferably in the listed specialties.
  • Proven sales record and strong understanding of the UAE healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel across the territory.
  • Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and cover both Abu Dhabi and Al Ain territories.
Preferred Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of consumables used in Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, and Dialysis units.
  • Established network within UAE government and private hospitals (an advantage).
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
