Job Description

We are seeking to employ innovative, creative and enthusiastic individuals who will join our team of software application consultants. The position will involve the provision, of installation, implementation, parameterization, training and support services for our CAFM / iWMS / FSBS solutions covering mainly our KSA customers. Positions are open for our KSA and our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers, analyse and document their business requirements
• Collaborate with other consultants to establish and promote implementation best practices
• Implement and parameterize our solutions based on customer related industries (Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, Financial Institutions etc)
• Setup processes, workflows and data structure related to Property, Space, Asset, Maintenance and Energy Management
• Identify and recommend product parameterization, enhancements or work-around solutions
• Estimate work required and work with the project manager to plan resource allocation
• Follow up on project tasks and escalate matters promptly to project lead / project manager
• Develop custom reports and KPIs according to customer requirements
• Produce supporting documentation and train customers on the implemented software application
• Provide customer on-site and remote support for onboarding and ongoing accounts
• Pre-Sale support, including preparing and presenting application demos
• Data migration using ETL methodology mostly with SQL databases and Excel
• Developing interfaces with ERP, BMS and other third party applications
• Post Sale Support providing help-desk and related support services

Qualifications

• ·      College or University degree related to Computer Science / MIS / Facilities Management / Engineering
• Experience in Facilities and Asset Management CAFM / iWMS / CMMS solutions or other related applications such ERP / CRM
• Previous experience in implementing SaaS or on-prem software solutions
• Ability to analyse and document customer requirements
• Ability to understand and design work-flow process diagrams
• Ability to train customers and demonstrate the functionality of the system
• Experience in development of reports, dashboards and KPIs using tools such as Power BI and Crystal Reports
• Knowledge and experience in SQL
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite including Visio
• Experience in implementing, supporting and developing under an MS SQL Server environment
• Excellent customer service and client management skills
• Self-motivated, comfortable working independently and taking initiative

• Excellent verbal and written communication in the Arabic and English Language

• The following will be considered as advantage

• Good understanding and experience of Real Estate, Space Management, data structure and FM Business Processes
• Previous experience in implementing Real Estate or CAFM solutions
• Previous experience in implementing and supporting SAP 4/Hana
• Experience in IoT infrastructure and Sustainability related projects
