Your background includes:

  • A Masteru2019s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with 5+ years in senior leadership (preferably in a group-level CFO or Finance Director capacity)
  • Strong background in international business, ideally within high-growth or private equity-backed companies
  • Proven knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, internal controls, and international tax & treasury
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Open to relocation to Dubai or already based in the UAE
