Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and outcome-driven training sessions on
    GCP core services
    ,
    Red Hat Linux
    , and
    DevOps tools & practices
    for corporate and individual learners.
  • Train participants on key modules including:
  • GCP:
    Compute Engine, VPC, IAM, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Kubernetes Engine, CI/CD on GCP, Monitoring & Logging.
  • Red Hat:
    RHEL administration, shell scripting, networking, system configuration, user/group management, package management, SELinux, firewalls.
  • DevOps:
    Git/GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring tools.
  • Assess learning needs and customize training content based on audience level (beginner to advanced).
  • Create training materials—presentations, labs, assignments, and assessments—to support practical learning.
  • Conduct hands-on labs and real-time scenarios to simulate production environments.
  • Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with latest technologies, certifications, and industry trends in GCP, Linux, and DevOps.
  • Assist in designing new curriculum and upgrading existing course content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong practical expertise in:
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • DevOps tools:
    Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/Ansible, CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to build and troubleshoot real-world cloud and DevOps environments.

Professional Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience delivering online/virtual trainings using platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Good documentation and content-creation capabilities.

Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years
    of hands-on industry experience in
    GCP, Linux/Red Hat, and DevOps
    roles.
  • Prior training/mentoring experience (corporate or academic) is an added advantage.

Minimum Certifications (Preferred)

  • Red Hat RHCSA / RHCE and CKA
