Job Summary

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the designated premises (e.g., residential, commercial office, facility). The role requires a dedicated, thorough, and physically fit individual capable of performing a wide range of cleaning and maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors and surfaces.
  • Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in restrooms and kitchen/pantry areas.
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste and recycling materials in designated areas according to company procedures.
  • Wipe down doors, windowsills, glass partitions, and other common surfaces.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working order and maintained properly.

Specialized Tasks (as required):

  • Perform deep cleaning of specific areas or items, such as carpets, upholstery, or external windows (where safe and applicable).
  • Handle and store cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and correctly.
  • Report any damages, maintenance needs, or safety hazards observed to the Supervisor immediately.

Inventory and Compliance:

  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify the Supervisor when new supplies are needed.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to a predetermined cleaning schedule and complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Physical Fitness: Good physical stamina and health, with the ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Time management and ability to work efficiently.
  • Language: Basic English or other relevant language skills for effective communication.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: AED 2200 (All-Inclusive).
  • Note: This is an "All-Inclusive" salary, which typically means it covers Basic Salary, Accommodation Allowance, Transportation Allowance, and Food Allowance.
  • Contract: Governed by UAE Labour Law.
  • Other Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law (e.g., annual leave, end-of-service benefits, medical insurance).
  • Working Hours: Standard working hours as per contract and UAE law, with possible overtime as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2, AED22,000.00 per month
