About the Role

RSA Global is seeking a
Head of Project Management Office (PMO)
to design, implement, and lead the Group PMO across all business entities. This strategic leadership role will transform RSA's priorities into structured, measurable project delivery — ensuring every initiative across technology, construction, operations, and transformation is executed with visibility, control, and accountability.

The role reports to the
Group CEO
for delivery performance and to the
Group CFO
for financial governance, ensuring a strong balance between operational execution and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and enforce a unified
    project governance framework
    and operating model across all RSA entities.
  • Maintain a
    single project portfolio
    across the group, prioritising based on strategic value, ROI, and capacity.
  • Oversee
    execution and delivery
    of strategic projects, ensuring accountability and timely completion.
  • Deliver
    visual dashboards and performance reports
    to the Group CEO, CFO, and shareholders.
  • Build PMO capability through a structured
    Playbook, templates, and governance cadence.
  • Coach and develop project managers across business units to embed a culture of excellence and accountability.

Stakeholder Interfaces

  • Internal:
    Group CEO, Group CFO, Entity CEOs & GMs, Functional Heads (IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, HSSEQ)
  • External:
    Consultants, contractors, system integrators, auditors, and strategic partners

Candidate Profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain
  • MBA or PMP/Prince2 certification preferred

Experience:

  • 10–15 years of project management or transformation experience, including 5+ years in a
    PMO leadership role
  • Proven experience managing multi-entity portfolios in
    logistics, supply chain, construction, or technology
  • Strong knowledge of
    financial governance, ROI tracking, and capital project management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent governance and stakeholder management across senior leadership
  • Data-driven, proficient in
    Power BI, Smartsheet, and MS Project
  • Strong communication and analytical thinking
  • Collaborative and resilient leadership style with high emotional intelligence

Success Measures

  • 100% of projects governed under PMO framework
  • Tier 1 projects within ±10% schedule and ±5% budget variance
  • Timely delivery of monthly and quarterly dashboards
  • Improved cross-entity collaboration and visible accountability
