Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Architect will design and oversee architectural design projects, collaborate with clients and teams, and ensure that projects are completed with precision, creativity, and within budget. This role involves managing the integration of innovative designs, coordinating across various project phases, ensuring design compliance, and providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team to achieve project excellence.

The candidate is also responsible for managing the team and the firm's performance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Architecture and Architectural Design principles
  • Experience with Software Development and Integration workflows relevant to design technologies
  • Strong expertise in Project Management, including coordination, client communication, and team leadership
  • Proficiency in design software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard applications
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to ensure design compliance and quality
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Dubai
  • Having a valid Society of Engineering membership in Dubai.
  • Salary range of 12000 to 15000
