Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Sales to lead our international B2C sales function and
accelerate growth across our core markets.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, improving conversion, and ensuring consistent
delivery of sales targets. The role combines strategy and hands-on execution: you will shape
the sales approach, manage a distributed team, build strong client relationships, and work
closely with marketing and partnerships to grow our pipeline of U/HNW private clients.
This position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader who understands the luxury segment
and can translate market insights into clear actions and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition
• Development and Implement sales strategy, matrix, and funnel to achieve revenue,
margin, and KPI targets.
• Identify, attract, and develop new and key B2C clients in priority markets.
• Reactivate and grow business from existing and inactive clients with personalised
offers and account plans.
• Proactively develop new opportunities, collaborations, and sales channels (referrals,
partnerships, intermediaries).
• Generate qualified leads and secure high-value bookings, ensuring a smooth client
journey from enquiry to closing.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through consistent
communication and service quality.
Team Management & Development
• Lead the day-to-day work of the Sales and Back Office teams, ensuring delivery
against plans and targets.
• Run regular pipeline and performance meetings, review deals, and set clear priorities.
• Maintain high standards of client communication, response time, and service.
• Train and support new team members on CRM usage, scripts, sales processes, and
best practices.
• Foster a culture of motivation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.
Marketing & Market Intelligence
• Coordinate strategic marketing initiatives and joint campaigns to strengthen brand
positioning.
• Monitor competitors and market activity to identify visibility opportunities and trends.
• Provide structured feedback on marketing materials, brand presentation, and partner
campaigns.
• Ensure alignment between partnership strategy, sales focus, and brand
communication.
• Support the development of co-branded materials, collaborations, and event-based
visibility projects.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
• Align sales priorities with ongoing marketing campaigns and content plans.
• Select properties and products for promotion based on seasonality, budget, and
legal/contractual constraints.
• Oversee the quality of visual and textual representation of products on sales platforms
and channels.
• Ensure effective daily communication and information flow between Sales, Marketing
and Back Office.
• Track the performance of marketing activities in terms of lead generation, pipeline
quality, and sales conversion.
About You
Experience and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related discipline
(Master's degree preferred).
• 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality, travel representation,
or lifestyle brands at management level.
• Proven background in B2C client acquisition, retention, and relationship management,
ideally with U/HNW clients.
• Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, cultural nuances, client
expectations, and service excellence standards.
Skills and Mindset
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills; confident engaging U/HNW
audiences.
• Strategic and analytical thinker, comfortable working with KPIs, CRM data, and
performance reports.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the agility to work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven
environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple markets and priorities
simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a strong advantage.
