Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales Development Representative. The key responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and developing and maintaining communication with potential customers. Additional tasks involve supporting the sales team by executing effective inside sales strategies, understanding client needs, presenting solutions, and helping drive business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Business Development
  • Strong abilities in Communication and Sales
  • Proactive mindset and excellent listening and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in tools like CRM software and other relevant sales platforms is a plus
  • Previous experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in a technology-driven company
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
