Noorka Logistics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and posting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly closing activities.
  • Prepare vouchers, receipts, and necessary accounting documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to collect financial data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions.
  • Support the senior accountant in audits, budgeting, and compliance tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an accounting role is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent numerical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
