Key Responsibilities

* Report directly to the Director of Design and Planning on healthcare projects

* Lead the planning, design, and delivery of healthcare facilities across multiple locations

* Collaborate closely with architectural design teams and project management teams to meet project objectives

* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams on large-scale healthcare developments

* Support business development activities through client engagement and relationship management

* Contribute to proposals, bid documentation, and contract negotiations

* Participate in client meetings and presentations to support project acquisition and delivery

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline

* Minimum of 5 years of experience specializing in healthcare planning or medical facility projects

* Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

* Strong client-facing and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate

* Hands-on experience with both greenfield and brownfield healthcare projects

* Exposure to healthcare developments ranging from mid to large-scale project values

* Proficiency in architectural and design planning software
