Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of travel services, accurate booking management, and outstanding operational support to both clients and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and confirm travel bookings including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel packages.
  • Communicate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Prepare and process itineraries, invoices, travel documents, and booking confirmations.
  • Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests while maintaining exceptional customer care.
  • Monitor booking queues to prevent overbookings, service gaps, or operational errors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and booking systems.
  • Ensure compliance with travel regulations, visa requirements, and company policies.
  • Support the sales team and assist in resolving operational issues as needed.
  • Follow up on supplier payments, confirmations, and service delivery statuses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in travel operations, reservations, or a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Familiarity with global travel products, tour operations, and supplier networks.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/booking platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle last-minute operational changes.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
