What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Van Driver who shares our values and passion for delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate:

  • Is professional, dependable, and dedicated to their work.
  • Is friendly and approachable, representing YALA's values with every delivery.
  • Is fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Holds a valid UAE manual driver's license (mandatory) and has experience driving vans.
  • Has a clean driving record.
  • Is punctual and respects delivery schedules.
  • Is attentive to detail and ensures proper handling of kombucha products.
  • Is flexible and adaptable to changes in delivery routes, schedules, and ad hoc driving requirements.
  • Understands the importance of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Duties

As a YALA Driver, your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely delivering kombucha products to clients, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues.
  • Taking care of the cleanliness and maintainance of the delivery vehicle.
  • Loading and unloading kombucha products carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Verifying delivery orders and ensuring accuracy before leaving the brewery.
  • Communicating effectively with the YALA team and clients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supporting setup for events or large orders when required.
  • Handling ad hoc driving requirements, such as urgent deliveries or last-minute transportation needs.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the delivery vehicle's condition, including reporting any issues promptly.
  • Upholding HAACP compliance and safety standards during deliveries including maintaining the necessary documentation.
  • Acting as an ambassador for YALA Kombucha, providing friendly and professional service to all clients.
